A Typical Patient

Our typical reproductive immunology patient, on average 38.6 years old with a standard deviation of 2 years, has experienced an average of 4.4 unsuccessful attempts at pregnancy. Many of these patients find themselves approaching the end of their reproductive years. However, by carefully analyzing their clinical history and conducting specific laboratory tests, we can often provide successful immune therapies.

How to Register

Patient Intake Process

Patient Self-Referral:

To initiate the consultation, patients are encouraged to contact our office directly. Please include all laboratory results from the last 12 months and any genetic testing results, regardless of their age, as they remain relevant to your case. Upon receipt of your medical records, our medical team will diligently evaluate the records and make appropriate recommendations tailored to your specific needs.

Physician Referral:

We no longer accept any letter summarizing patients' records and we do not accept any referral letters with summaries. We also do not send referring physicians any results or patients' treatment plans. We work directly with the patient and the patient is responsible for sharing with their physician as they see fit. Once the patient agrees to proceed with registration, our medical team will diligently evaluate the records and make appropriate recommendations tailored to the patient's specific needs.

For the release of healthcare information from the patient's local doctor, a Medical Release Form may be required. Rest assured that we prioritize patient confidentiality and the seamless coordination of care between healthcare providers.

Please see our treatments page for more information.

Evaluation

  1. Your registration packet and/or medical records will be reviewed and, based on the information received, the appropriate testing will be recommended. Please note that there is a record review charge.
  2. After the review, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. The staff will go over the testing that the physician has recommended and send you the necessary requisitions.
  3. At the time of the initial appointment, you will have a consultation to discuss the results of the testing and the treatment protocol that the physician is recommending.
  4. All services will need to be paid at the time of the appointment.
  5. If at some point additional evaluations are needed, we will contact you to set up a follow-up consultation with the doctors to go over your results and any changes in the treatment plan.
  6. After the consultation, a letter will be sent to you to inform you of the test results and treatment plan.
